Crafted using handpicked, sour cherries on young lambic for a minimum of four months, this is then blended with more young lambic to achieve 35% fruit intensity before immediate bottling. Cellar stored for a minimum of 5 months, this is unfiltered, unpasteurised with no artificial sugars or syrups. Expect rich flavours with a subtle tardiness as well as notes of almond and cinnamon.
