Located in the north of the country, by the Donegal-Derry border is Otterbank Brewing. These guys, in their own words, are "Lacto loving, barrel ageing, Brett inducing, cheeky messers." With a fondness for mixed fermentation, most of what these guys do will grab your attention and ignite the senses!

Fermented initially with Ardennes yeast before being aged for 18 months in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay oak barrels with a blend of Lacto, Pedio and Brett cultures.
