Wild/Brett Ale

This style has been fermented using "top fermenting" yeasts plus the addition of wild/natural yeasts which often results in quite an unusual or funky flavour profile. Individual styles can vary tremendously with the use of wild/natural yeasts. A Brett beer is a specific type of 'Wild" beer which is fermented from Brettanomyces yeast.
