Black Donkey Brewing

Black Donkey Brewing is a farmhouse style brewery based in Roscommon with a focus on producing in a socially, ethically and environmentally sustainable fashion. Established in the summer of 2014 by husband and wife, Richard Siberry and Michaela Dillon, Black Donkey produce beers that are never filtered, using no chemicals, finings or additives. the entire brewing and and packaging process takes place on site in their 560 brewery, found in the quaint village of Ballinlough. All beers and vegan and vegetarian friendly and bottle and keg conditioning means the beers are live, and can continue to evolve and develop over time, much like fine wines.
