Wicklow Wolf is a Newtown Mount Kennedy, Co Wicklow based brewery, located in the country's garden county. Set up by two friends in late 2014, both were inspired by the bustling craft beer scene they experienced in California while residing there for many years. Besides producing the highest grade beer possible, sustainability is also a key trait of the brewery, and Wicklow Wolf now operate their very own 10 acre hop farm located in nearby Roundwood, Co. Wicklow.

Honey, I Shrunk the Pils is a crisp, floral pilsner brewed as part of Wicklow Wolf’s Endangered Species series, in collaboration with OpenHive. This refreshing lager showcases the bright, balanced character of traditional pilsner malt, with a unique addition: Spring Blossom Honey harvested from local Wicklow hives. The honey adds a soft sweetness and gentle floral complexity that perfectly complements the clean malt profile. Brewed with care to highlight local ingredients and celebrate biodiversity, this pilsner is sessionable, flavourful, and full of purpose.
