Chimay

Chimay Brewery is one of eleven breweries which produce the world renown Trappist beer. With roots dating back as far as 1862, Chimay is brewed with authenticity in mind, within the walls of a Trappist monastery. They now produce three flagstone ales and source water for these beers from a well located inside the monastery walls. A large portion of profits each year is set aside for the community and social works.
