Boon

Situated in Lembeek, close by to the country’s capital, Boon Brewery strives to produce traditional lambic beers unique to the region and does so by utilising modern techniques. Formed in 1978 by Frank Boon, today the brewery produces an array of lambic beers, including oude geuze, oude kriek and faro to name but a few. As well as trading beers, Boon also provides wort and fruit for other lambic brewers and blenders in the area.
