‘Two letters, one crown’ is the logo of Hofbrau Munchen, a brewery which was started in 1589 by William V Duke of Bavaria. He was inspired to create great beer, when the beer he tasted in his court in Munich was of poor taste and quality. To brew a ‘crowned’ beer, it takes years of experience, openness to the latest technologies, and the ability to adapt to current drinking habits.
