The Odell Brewing Company is a family-run brewery based in Colorado with over 30 years of experience in the industry. At the core of the company is the desire to create quality, hand-crafted, innovative brews. But just as important for the team is the ethos of community around their work. Remaining independent was always one of Odells leading priorities, so to ensure this, the Odell family founders decided to sell the majority of the company to its co-workers (now co-owners) in a combined management buyout and an Employee Stock Ownership Program. A powerful statement in an industry where most successful companies are eventually bought out to some degree or another.
